Sandra Palmer will be leading this session, sharing insights, practical processes and examples of the value of organisational purpose as the foundation for engaging and inspiring employees and driving change.
Sandra has been a Director with Corporate Culture for 10 years, heading projects that create deeper engagement with customers, employees and stakeholders for companies such as AstraZeneca, ASDA, Ricoh, Sainsbury’s Bank and Warburtons. She also has 20 years’ in-house experience leading communications, engagement and marketing teams for FTSE 100 companies and government-funded organisations.
Joining Sandra will be Corporate Culture’s Client Services Director Tim Parr, who has more than 25 years’ experience delivering creative communications and campaigns that bring strategies to life for organisations needing to inspire change.
Tim has recently worked with the Co-operative Group, KPMG, The Crown Estate, WWF International and others to help frame narratives, create communications strategies and imagine initiatives to engage employees and other stakeholders.
Light refreshments will be available from 4pm with a prompt start at 4.30pm.
